The Municipal Health Commission requires that 22 municipal hospitals reserve appointments for patients from other places and patients referred by appointment in clinics two weeks before the regular appointment release cycle, and then release all available appointments for outpatient clinics to regional medical centers and community health service institutions through the grassroots appointment referral platform, of which expert appointments account for no less than 50%. For elderly people over 60 years old who have signed contracts with family doctors, after being referred by the grassroots, the outpatient medical service fees of large hospitals will be reimbursed by 1 yuan.

According to the appointment referral service, we adhere to the principle of tiered diagnosis and treatment. Patients with common diseases, frequently occurring diseases, clearly diagnosed chronic diseases, and patients in the recovery period are diagnosed and treated in primary medical and health institutions, while patients with difficult and complicated diseases and critical and severe diseases can enjoy appointment referral services.

It is reported that at present, all community health service centers (stations) and township health centers in the city can provide appointment referral services for patients in need. Citizens can consult the community health service center (station) or township health center where they live for details. After the appointment referral is successful, the patient's mobile phone will receive relevant information such as the hospital, department, number collection time and location, and go to the referral hospital to collect the number and pay the fee according to the consultation time, and receive the consultation under the real-name system.

If you are unable to see a doctor on time, you can cancel your appointment through the medical staff who referred you, the "Beijing 114 Appointment Registration" WeChat public account, etc. If you miss an appointment three times without reason within a year, your appointment qualification will be cancelled for three months.
