IT Home reported on August 13 that as BYD's largest contiguous vehicle production base, BYD Zhengzhou Base recently officially announced the results of the new model Song LDM-i "weekly sales of over 10,000 units".

As the new models have received a large number of orders, BYD Zhengzhou Base has now announced the launch of its second large-scale recruitment this year. All positions are directly recruited, with a monthly scale of 4,000 people and a job salary of 5,000 to 9,000 yuan per month.

IT Home noticed that the recruitment information released by BYD Zhengzhou in early August showed that the Zhengzhou Port Area needed to recruit 2,900 operators and 1,100 technicians, and Anyang Wadian and Jinan needed to recruit 2,700 people, with a total scale of 6,700 people.

BYD said that its normal working hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (including overtime, the legal limit is eight hours), with a one-hour break in between, and shifts are fixed once a month; payday is the 22nd of the following month.

According to official information, the salary of BYD in Zhengzhou is mainly composed of three parts: basic salary, overtime salary, and overproduction bonus in the workshop, which ranges from several hundred to two thousand. The basic salary is 2,100 yuan, which is about 12 yuan per hour based on 21.75 days per month. Overtime on weekdays is 1.5 times, on weekends it is 2 times, and on statutory holidays it is 3 times.
