The website of the Russian State Space Corporation announced on the 13th that the Russian Progress MS-26 cargo spacecraft completed its mission that day, separated from the International Space Station, and fell into the non-navigable waters in the southern Pacific Ocean.
According to the website, the Progress MS-26 spacecraft separated from the Russian segment of the International Space Station's Zvezda service module at 5:00 Moscow time on the 13th (10:00 Beijing time), then braked to leave orbit at 8:09 Moscow time (13:09 Beijing time) and entered the Earth's atmosphere. The unburned components of the spacecraft fell into the non-navigable waters in the southern Pacific Ocean.
On February 15, the Progress MS-26 cargo spacecraft was launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on a Soyuz-2.1a carrier rocket, carrying about 2.5 tons of cargo to the International Space Station, including fuel, drinking water, food, nitrogen and various equipment.
The Russian State Space Corporation said it will launch the Progress MS-28 cargo spacecraft to the International Space Station on August 15.
