On August 2, Zijiang Company, a subsidiary of Hunan Ordnance, held the first "Wenli Cup" Skills Competition and Yiyang City's "CNC Machine Tool Installation, Adjustment and Maintenance" selection competition.

It is reported that this selection competition is hosted by the Yiyang Federation of Trade Unions in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Preliminary Notice on the 8th Hunan Workers' Skills Competition and the "Intelligent Empowerment of Ten Thousand Enterprises" Digital Application Technology Skills Competition" issued by the Hunan Federation of Trade Unions, and undertaken by Zijiang Company in response to the call of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions to accelerate the cultivation of a team of high-skilled talents with superb skills and strong work style.

The competition consists of two parts: theoretical knowledge competition and practical operation competition, the former accounting for 30% of the total score and the latter accounting for 70%. The competition mainly includes five main tasks: CNC machine electrical control setting and debugging, CNC machine fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, CNC machine precision detection and analysis, CNC machine function development and debugging, professional quality and safety awareness, etc., which comprehensively examine the contestants' knowledge of CNC machine installation, adjustment and maintenance, CNC machine operation, intelligent manufacturing unit technology and professional quality, and comprehensively test the contestants' practical ability.

All contestants were calm and focused, and devoted themselves to the competition with full enthusiasm and in the best condition, showing superb professional skills and good professional qualities. Finally, according to the relevant regulations of the competition, the top three contestants will represent Yiyang City to participate in the 8th Hunan Vocational Skills Competition.

Hunan Ordnance said that this competition is the first competition held after the renovation and upgrading of the "Wenli Model Worker Innovation Studio" of Zijiang Company.
