According to the police, at around 23:00 on August 7, Liu Wanli and Gan Quan, police officers from the Xinhua Police Station of the Tongzhou Public Security Bureau, were on duty in their area. Suddenly, a car stopped in front of the police car, and the driver got out of the car while holding his chest and said to the police: "Comrade police, my heart hurts, can you help take me to the hospital?"

Seeing the man's pale face and painful expression, considering the emergency situation, police officer Gan Quan immediately drove the police car to clear the way and reported to the branch command center to request assistance from the local Zhongcang Police Station. Police officer Liu Wanli drove the man's car and followed closely behind, escorting the man to the nearest hospital.

After the initial treatment, the man's condition gradually stabilized. The police returned to work after the family and the local police station arrived and successfully handed over the case. Upon inquiry, it was found that the man had a history of heart disease. Fortunately, he received medical treatment in time and is now fine.
