On August 13, Fengtai District released the 2024 Urban Scene Opportunity List, focusing on the characteristic industrial fields of Fengtai District, comprehensively promoting the deep integration and development of the digital economy and the real economy, and injecting new impetus into the construction of urban scenes.

The "City Scenario Opportunity List" released this time includes 138 pieces of supply and demand information in three categories: city scenario opportunity list, supply list, and partner capability list. Du Xin, deputy director of the Fengtai District Science and Technology Information Bureau, introduced that the city scenario opportunity list is a list of key scenario construction demand opportunities provided by government commissions, offices, subdistricts, towns, and key enterprises, involving industrial quality upgrades, urban infrastructure construction, and smart governance. The supply list involves support in industrial space, laboratories, verification platforms, and finance, of which the total area of ​​industrial space exceeds 23,000 square meters, including Qinghe Barn Hard Technology Incubator, Shouke Medical Valley Incubator, and South Central Axis Metaverse Enterprise Accelerator.

During the release session, Chen Huyi, deputy secretary of the Fengtai District Agricultural and Rural Affairs Bureau, took the lead in introducing the demand scenario for building Beijing's first vegetable variety test and display base based on digital technology. He said that the scenario will focus on the needs of facility vegetable variety testing, display, and evaluation, and realize the digital transformation and upgrading of the base through greenhouse foundation transformation, cultivation system transformation, and intelligent equipment integration.

"We have basically completed the digital transformation of the industry, built the Beijing Flower Trading Center, the largest single-body center in the capital, and established an online 'Beijing Flower' industrial chain platform." Lin Qiaoling, chairman of Beijing Huaxiang Flower and Tree Group Co., Ltd., released the scene construction requirements of the International Flower Science and Technology Innovation Center, hoping to work with big data, industrial Internet, artificial intelligence and other companies to promote the deep integration of digital technology and the flower real economy and create a new "flower +" consumption format.

While releasing the scenario requirements one by one, key enterprises in Fengtai District also made on-site presentations on the partner capability list. The list sorted out 117 innovative capabilities and products of 51 digital economy enterprises in Fengtai District, which can be widely used in key areas such as data security, urban governance, and smart medical care.

"As an enterprise in Fengtai District, Huawei will actively participate in the construction of urban scenes in Fengtai District." Zhang Xiaoyu, general manager of the Beijing Central City Business Department of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., said that Huawei is very concerned about the list of urban scene opportunities released by Fengtai District. The company will give full play to its own technological advantages and work with its partners to fully meet the urban scene needs of Fengtai District.

As soon as the launch event ended, all the speakers were "surrounded" by participating companies and organizations. Some left their contact information, some consulted about the specific details of the scenario, and all parties had great expectations for future cooperation.

"Last year, we released 111 scene innovation capabilities and products, which led to the implementation of a large number of smart scene applications such as the first-ever application of digital RMB, the Beijing flower industry chain big data platform, and the industrial big data brain, which brought us many surprises." Wu Kai, deputy mayor of Fengtai District, said that by releasing the list of urban scene opportunities, Fengtai District took the initiative to release various needs in regional construction and development, and promoted the transformation of industrial development and enterprise cultivation from "giving preferential treatment" to "giving opportunities". At the same time, the list of urban scene opportunities is also a "call to action" for future industries. Fengtai District will build a cooperation platform to open and share scenes in key industrial fields to the society, promote the "two-way rush" of urban scenes and emerging industries, and transform more and more urban scenes into perceptible and participatory enterprise development opportunities, and constantly stimulate the innovative vitality and endogenous driving force of new quality productivity in Fengtai.
