Reading makes the long summer long and makes you forget the heat. Shanghai Postal Branch has teamed up with Shanghai Century Publishing Group to hold a book exhibition called "Enjoy the fragrance of postage and books, and make life better by reading" in the century-old postal building on the banks of Suzhou River, bringing a unique reading experience to readers.
The book fair was held in the business hall on the second floor of the former Shanghai General Post Office, known as the "First Hall in the Far East", with an exhibition area of more than 130 square meters. Many well-known publishing houses under Shanghai Century Publishing Group, including Shanghai People's Publishing House, Shanghai Translation Publishing House, Shanghai Children's Publishing House, Shanghai Literature and Art Publishing House, Far East Publishing House, Beijing Century Wenjing Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Story Club Cultural Media Co., Ltd., participated in the exhibition.
There are four exhibition and sales areas in this book fair. The theme exhibition area focuses on displaying the series of works by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the series of books "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China", the series of documents of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, and other theme books. The Shanghai Edition Book Exhibition and Sales Area is composed of many well-known publishing houses of Shanghai Century Publishing Group, which respectively display many "century good books" and fine works in theme publishing, literature, art, children's books, etc.
