The prospectus for the fourth tranche of ultra-short-term financing bonds in 2024 released by Huawei shows that in order to support the development of various businesses and the implementation of key strategies, this issuance of 4 billion yuan of ultra-short-term financing bonds will be used to supplement the operating capital of the company's headquarters and its subsidiaries.
Judging from the subscription situation, the ultra-short-term financing bonds issued by Huawei this time are quite popular, with 30 compliant subscribers and a compliant subscription amount of 16.12 billion yuan, 11 valid subscribers and a valid subscription amount of 5.4 billion yuan, and the final actual total issuance amount of 4 billion yuan.

In addition to issuing ultra-short-term financing bonds, on July 18, Huawei Investment Holding Co., Ltd. also successfully issued a 10-year bond "24 Huawei MTN001" with a coupon rate of 2.48% and a total bond issuance amount of 1 billion yuan.
The prospectus for the fourth tranche of ultra-short-term financing bonds in 2024 by Huawei Investment Holding Co., Ltd. disclosed that, as of now, the issuer has 13 outstanding domestic medium-term notes totaling RMB 38 billion; the issuer's subsidiaries have three outstanding overseas US dollar bonds totaling US$3.5 billion.
From 2021 to 2023, Huawei's consolidated operating income will be 630.698 billion yuan, 636.816 billion yuan and 697.547 billion yuan respectively. The operating income in 2023 will increase by 9.54% compared with 2022, and the operating conditions are in line with expectations.
