HiPhi (Qingdao) Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd. was established in April 2021 with a registered capital of RMB 2 billion and is wholly owned by Human Horizons Investment Co., Ltd. According to Tianyan risk information, the company currently has multiple information on persons subject to execution, with a total amount of execution exceeding RMB 2.69 million. In addition, there are also information on restriction orders on consumption and equity freezes. HiPhi (Chengdu) Automobile Service Co., Ltd. was established in December 2020 with a registered capital of RMB 20 million and is wholly owned by HiPhi (Qingdao) Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd. The company has been executed twice together with HiPhi (Qingdao) Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd. It is worth mentioning that the legal representative of the above two companies is Ding Lei, the founder and CEO of HiPhi Automobile, who already has multiple restriction orders on consumption.
