Each ADS represents three common shares, and at the high end of the offering price range, WeRide's market value is about $5 billion.

The documents show that some investors agreed to purchase $320.5 million worth of common stock in a private placement, of which Alliance Ventures, a subsidiary of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, will purchase $97 million worth of common stock.
