Recently, the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference led relevant comrades from the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Provincial Department of Science and Technology and other proposal handling units to conduct on-site research at the member company Shandong Guotai Dacheng Technology Co., Ltd., and held a consultation symposium on the handling of key proposals.
The symposium focused on the proposal of the committee members, "Suggestions on Promoting the Development of the Carbon Fiber Industry in the Province". The proposer, the proposal handling unit, the leaders of the relevant provincial and municipal CPPCC committees, and some CPPCC members conducted face-to-face consultations and exchanges, analyzed and sorted out the problems in the work, listened to opinions and suggestions from all sides, and effectively promoted the implementation of the proposal.
The meeting emphasized that to develop the carbon fiber industry, we must persevere in promoting scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the construction of carbon fiber industry innovation platforms, and improve the innovation system that closely integrates production, education, research and application; we must accelerate the development of industrial clusters, carry out targeted work to introduce and cultivate talents, continue to expand the leading companies, and at the same time introduce upstream and downstream companies to build a new industrial innovation ecosystem; we must focus on expanding the application areas of carbon fiber, both deepening traditional fields and exploring emerging markets; we must increase the training of outstanding talents, cooperate with universities and research institutes, jointly establish a talent training system, and improve the conversion rate of scientific research results.
