It is reported that the air defense alarm test time is from 9:00 to 10:00 on August 15, 2024. The scope is Decheng District, Lingcheng District, Yucheng City, Leling City, Ningjin County, Qihe County, Linyi County, Pingyuan County, Wucheng County, Xiajin County, Qingyun County, and Dezhou Tianqu New District.
The air defense alarm test signal is a pre-alarm signal: sound for 36 seconds, stop for 24 seconds, repeat 3 times, and last for 3 minutes. The air raid alarm signal: sound for 6 seconds, stop for 6 seconds, repeat 15 times, and last for 3 minutes. The alarm cancellation signal: sound continuously for 3 minutes.

The main purpose of the annual air defense alarm test is to test the integrity of the air defense alarm equipment and control system through the test; to enhance the national defense concept and people's air defense awareness of the general public, and to master certain people's air defense knowledge; especially in peacetime, we must firmly establish the idea of not forgetting national humiliation, being vigilant in times of peace, and always being prepared.
In addition, this year, while the air defense alarm was tested, the Dezhou National Defense Mobilization Office carried out a series of national defense mobilization publicity and education activities. The activities were promoted online through new media, integrated media, short videos and other platforms, using publicity instead of education; from August 7 to August 15, the air defense alarm test announcement and national defense and civil defense propaganda slogans were released on news media such as Dezhou Radio and Television Station, Dezhou Daily, Dezhou Evening News, government center building TV, city landmark buildings, and China Unicom and China Mobile's mobile text messages, and public welfare propaganda films on national defense mobilization knowledge were played in a rolling manner; at the same time, a series of short videos were launched on the Dezhou Daily Integrated Media Platform to carry out national defense mobilization and disaster prevention and mitigation knowledge publicity and explanation in a form that the masses like to hear and see.
