According to reports, Li Jizun, male, Han nationality,Born in September 1974, Doctor of Engineering, member of the Communist Party of China.

Public information shows that Li Jizun has worked in the State Council Research Office and the China Securities Regulatory Commission. He has served as director of the CSRC Research Center, director of the CSRC Market Supervision Department, and principal person in charge of the CSRC Deep Reform Office.

Reports in January 2022 showed that Li Jizun had been appointed director of the General Office of the China Securities Regulatory Commission until now.

Prior to this, Sha Yan served as deputy secretary and general manager of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In December 2023, Sha Yan was appointed secretary of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Party Committee.

According to reports, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) started operations on December 1, 1990. It is a national securities trading venue approved by the State Council and supervised by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
