From August 5 to 10, the Guizhou Provincial Red Cross Society and the 925th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force held a Red Cross Emergency Rescue Teacher Training Course in Guiyang for officers and soldiers, civilian personnel and key militia members stationed in Guizhou.
The training aims to cultivate a group of high-quality emergency rescue instructors for the military to better serve the military-civilian integration development strategy and ensure the safety of the lives of officers and soldiers and the people.
A total of 30 trainees from relevant troops stationed in Guizhou participated in this training course. The training content comprehensively covered the basic knowledge of the Red Cross Movement, an overview of first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, trauma first aid and other core skills, as well as the response and treatment of common emergencies, accidental injuries and sudden incidents.
In addition, the training also specifically taught the first aid teaching skills and methods that Red Cross emergency first aid teachers need to master, ensuring that the trainees become qualified Red Cross emergency first aid teachers.
During the training, the Provincial Red Cross Society sent a number of teachers with teaching experience to help trainees quickly master the key techniques and essentials of emergency rescue in a short period of time through theoretical explanations, on-site practical operations, simulation exercises and other teaching methods. At the same time, the training class also continuously improved the teaching level and self-confidence of trainees through trial lectures and mutual evaluation.
After six days of intensive study and practice, all trainees successfully passed the theoretical examination, practical assessment and teaching trial, and successfully obtained the Chinese Red Cross Emergency Rescue Instructor Certificate.
