As of August 9, it has carried out comprehensive remediation of key surrounding areas such as Guangyuan Road, Xiliu East Road, and Yaojiadian Road. A total of 143 parking penalty tickets have been posted, 337 illegally parked vehicles have been driven away, 235 sets of isolation piers and guardrails have been installed, and more than 6,000 shared bicycles have been placed, further improving road traffic capacity and residents' quality of life.
It is reported that this special operation also involves Dingfuzhuang North Street, Dingfuzhuang Middle Street, Sanjianfang East Road, Dingfuzhuang Second Road, Yaojiadian Road, Shuangqiao Road, Beihuayuan Street, Jinwei Road and other locations in Sanjianfang Township.
"We have conducted inspections on the chaotic static parking order in residential areas, supermarkets and other areas, as well as the sections of road where non-motor vehicles are parked randomly. At the same time, we have sorted out the sections of road where residents have reported more illegal parking problems, and compiled a list of problems. Based on the list of problems, the next step will be to maximize the road traffic capacity by standardizing signs and markings, and strengthening law enforcement on illegal vehicles on both sides of the road." Relevant staff members introduced that in response to the chaotic parking of motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles in the township, Sanjianfang Township strengthened coordination with relevant departments and enterprises to launch a combination of governance measures.

In response to illegal parking in the township, Sanjianfang Township actively coordinated with Shuangqiao Traffic Team to carry out joint law enforcement, increased penalties for illegal parking in key areas, and intensified the investigation, removal and law enforcement publicity of illegal parking. At the same time, it assisted the traffic police department to carry out the cleaning of illegally parked vehicles, carried out regular patrol law enforcement, and strengthened the rectification of illegal parking of vehicles and non-motor vehicle parking order on the township's self-managed roads. In addition, the relevant departments of the township strengthened coordination and cooperation with the community (village), and simultaneously carried out parking order rectification in property communities, back streets and alleys and other areas. In response to complaints about the random parking of shared bicycles, Sanjianfang Township will interview the relevant persons in charge of shared bicycles and require them to arrange personnel to regulate parking in key areas and key time periods, and do a good job in environmental management and maintenance.
According to relevant persons in charge, in addition to the precise crackdown on illegal parking, Sanjianfang Township will also adopt a working mode that combines unblocking and blocking based on the survey results. On the one hand, for road sections that can increase parking spaces, parking space signs will be added and parking space markings will be painted in a reasonable and compliant manner; on the other hand, it will cooperate with Chaoyang Parking Company to utilize resources in the jurisdiction, set up temporary parking lots, and divert the pressure of roadside parking.
