Recently, a player posted on Reddit that "Assassin's Creed: Shadow" may be the feudal Japan-themed game that he has "always dreamed of", and it may even be better than "Ghost of Tsushima".

“Assassin’s Creed: Shadow has castle complexes, diverse wildlife and seasons, historical figures, a variety of weapons, two unique play styles, parkour and stealth, and destructible props. Ghost of Tsushima doesn’t even have these elements. I can’t wait for this game to come out on November 15th.”

Other users in the thread seemed to agree, saying they would probably get addicted to the RPG once it came out, while others said they didn't care about the setting and just wanted it to be like Odyssey.
