Red Net Time News August 9th(Correspondent Li Junwen) "The FTU control of the circuit breaker opening and closing remote control is successful! The telesignaling and telemetry data are uploaded normally, and the signal of this terminal that has been offline for a long time has finally been restored." On August 5, the State Grid Zhuzhou Power Supply Service Command Center sent a success signal to the on-site operation and maintenance personnel through remote monitoring.
On the same day, the new generation of Beidou-3 satellite short message technology completed equipment installation, debugging and testing on the 10kV Wangwan line in Zhuzhou, and successfully carried out the province's first remote control closing and opening test based on Beidou satellite short message communication, solving the problem of power supply service guarantee for residents in remote areas. This is a major breakthrough in the independent innovation achievements of State Grid Zhuzhou Power Supply Company, and it has initially possessed technical feasibility.
It is reported that the FTU distribution network automation terminal can effectively monitor the operating status of line circuit breakers, load switches and other equipment, and cooperate with the distribution master station to realize the normal monitoring of the distribution line, fault identification and isolation, and power supply restoration in non-fault sections. However, since most of the equipment uses wireless public network signals, remote areas have problems such as unstable signals, poor data transmission quality, and signal dropouts, which has become a thorny problem for distribution network operation and maintenance personnel across the province.
In order to solve the problem of "Beidou" satellite short message compatibility with FTU distribution network automation terminal communication and low short message transmission bandwidth, Zhuzhou Power Supply Company quickly set up a scientific research team. By analyzing the characteristics of "Beidou" short message data transmission bandwidth and frequency, combined with the needs of distribution network monitoring, and with the multi-level provincial, municipal and county levels and distribution network, information and communication and other professional joint efforts to overcome the difficulty of adapting "Beidou"-3 satellite short message and power grid distribution equipment terminals. The relevant person in charge of Zhuzhou Power Supply Company said that the realization of the three-remote signal transmission function of FTU distribution network automation terminals in remote areas has laid a solid foundation for winning the subsequent battle for distribution network.
