Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of China announced the domestic deep synthesis service algorithm registration list and the generative artificial intelligence service registration information. China Unicom Yuanjing Language Big Model Algorithm, China Unicom Yuanjing Government Affairs Big Model Generation Algorithm, and China Unicom Yuanjing Big Model Picture and Text Question Answering Algorithm are listed in the domestic deep synthesis service algorithm registration list, and China Unicom Yuanjing Big Model is listed in the generative artificial intelligence service registration information. This indicates that China Unicom Yuanjing Big Model has once again been recognized by the national authoritative department.

The filing of deep synthesis service algorithms is a work carried out by the Cyberspace Administration of China in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Deep Synthesis of Internet Information Services, with the aim of strengthening the management of deep synthesis of Internet information services, promoting the core socialist values, and safeguarding national security and social public interests. The filing list of generative artificial intelligence services is a phased result of the orderly filing of generative artificial intelligence services by the Cyberspace Administration of China and relevant departments in accordance with the requirements of the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services, which aims to promote the healthy development and standardized application of generative artificial intelligence.

China Unicom Yuanjing Big Model is aimed at the needs of AI empowering the real economy, providing systematic products from basic big models to big model platforms and then to industry big models, including 1 set of basic big models, 1 big model MaaS platform, and M types of industry big models. 1 set of basic big models, including multi-parameter versions of language big models and multimodal big models, the performance of the same parameter level reaches the industry's advanced level and is safe and reliable. 1 big model MaaS platform has formed three major services: model library, toolbox, and native application store. The model library has more than 200 models built in, and the toolbox has more than 100 out-of-the-box tools built in. It also provides two core components, RAG and intelligent body, and eight general components such as ChatDoc and Chat-Video. The application store has built-in a variety of native applications for industry services, allowing users to customize exclusive models with zero code and low threshold. China Unicom has co-created 35 industry big models with partners, and has achieved remarkable results in empowering the real economy. At present, more than 100 application cases have been formed.

The approval of the National Cyberspace Administration of China for both algorithm and service registration is a full recognition of China Unicom Yuanjing Big Model in terms of model, service, and security. It also means that Yuanjing Big Model has the ability to provide customers with services that are more industry-savvy, easier to customize, and more reliable. In the future, China Unicom Yuanjing Big Model will continue to leverage its core strengths, join forces with industry partners, enhance its independent innovation capabilities and product creation capabilities, and write a new chapter in the development of new quality productivity enabled by big models.
