The news mentioned that recently, the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Dongxing District, Neijiang City, reviewed the first case of "nutritious meal" detention of He, the Party Branch Secretary and Principal of Tai'an School in Tianjia Town, and thoroughly investigated the potential "relationship network" and specific stakeholders. After investigation, it was found that among the 48 schools in Dongxing District, Neijiang City, the winning bidders of 33 schools were from the same supplier. The case handlers further investigated and locked the evidence of the supplier bribing some principals of other schools. Under the strong deterrence, 16 people took the initiative to clarify the problem to the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervision Commission of Dongxing District, and the relevant cases are currently being further handled.

The Paper noted that in November 2023, He Tao, Party Secretary and Principal of Tai'an School in Tianjia Town, Dongxing District, Neijiang City, was announced to be under investigation. Born in 1972, He Tao had served as Vice Principal of Tianjia Town Central School in Dongxing District, Vice Principal of Tai'an Township Central School in Dongxing District, and Principal of Tai'an Township Central School. In March 2020, he became the principal of Tai'an School in Tianjia Town.

The "double dismissal" notice pointed out that upon investigation, He Tao had lost his ideals and beliefs, had a weak sense of discipline and law, violated the spirit of the Central Committee's eight regulations, accepted gifts and cash gifts that may have affected the impartial performance of official duties; he used his position to seek benefits for others in project contracting and fund allocation, and accepted property in huge amounts.

The website of the Sichuan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision later published an article revealing that in 2023, after receiving a letter from a petitioner reporting the problems of He Tao, the party branch secretary and principal of Tai'an School in Tianjia Town, Neijiang City, the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision quickly took action to find out that He Tao used his position to help businessmen in the contracting and funding of school "nutritious lunches", teaching building construction projects, and facility equipment procurement projects, and illegally accepted a total of 281,000 yuan in property from others. He Tao was sentenced to three years in prison, suspended for three years, and fined 200,000 yuan for the crime of accepting bribes.
