China News Service Hubei News, August 11 (Hu Chuanlin, Fu Jingye, Fu Wen) The Information Office of the Tongcheng County Government of Hubei Province held a press conference on the 10th to announce that from January to June 2024, the Tongcheng County Economic Development Zone completed a total industrial output value of 5.731 billion yuan, with a cumulative increase of 8.4% in industrial added value and an increase of 28.3% in industrial technical transformation investment. Up to now, 20 projects have been included in the statistics, including 4 projects with a total investment of more than 100 million yuan, 12 projects with a total investment of 5-50 million yuan, and 4 projects with a total investment of 50-100 million yuan. One new main board listed company and 7 new provincial-level specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises have been added.
Since the beginning of this year, Tongcheng Economic Development Zone has closely focused on the work goals set at the beginning of the year, with the "five ones" as the overall plan, and has vigorously implemented and strived to be the first in the eight key tasks of the province and city, the county-strengthening project and other work requirements. The work of industrial concentration, project construction, and enterprise cultivation has achieved certain results. Among them, 13 projects are planned to be continued in 2024, with a total planned investment of 4.778 billion yuan, and an investment of 2.07 billion yuan is expected to be completed this year; 17 new projects are planned to be started, with a total planned investment of 3.777 billion yuan, and an investment of 1.833 billion yuan is expected to be completed this year. So far, 3 projects have been completed and put into production, 10 projects have been signed, and 9 projects have been implemented.
In recent years, the county has closely focused on the development goal of "focusing on building a high-end electronic component production base and accelerating the creation of a strong manufacturing county", taking the in-depth promotion of new industrialization as the main line, striving to promote high-quality development of industrial concentration, constantly innovating investment promotion ideas, and strictly enforcing responsibilities. Through measures such as promoting the signing of projects under discussion, conducting investment promotion inspections and promotion activities, and increasing the intensity of targeted investment promotion, the county's investment promotion work has maintained a good development trend.
In order to allow enterprises to spend more time in the market and less time on approval, the county tracks the entire process from project introduction, implementation, construction to production, and provides all-round services. To help attract investment and serve the development of enterprises, the county has opened a green approval channel for major industrial projects, simplified procedures, shortened approval time, and ensured that projects are signed, implemented, and put into production as scheduled. Among them, the Hubei Anbang Technology Intelligent Equipment Production Project took only 20 days from the first formal negotiation to the formal signing, once again refreshing the "city speed" of land use projects; the Henan Province Hangfeng Intelligent Medical Equipment Manufacturing Project took only 1 hour and 54 minutes from company registration and filing to obtaining the seal.
