It can be used in any merchant with a UnionPay logo, without geographical restrictions. Any claims that "you can help them cash out and charge a handling fee" are all fraudulent. Consumers are advised to be careful to identify and beware of being deceived when receiving such calls.

Instructions for using UnionPay QuickPass red envelope

Recently, the Zibo Municipal Bureau of Commerce received feedback from some consumers that shortly after receiving the automobile consumption voucher subsidy, they received a call claiming that "the Cloud QuickPass red envelope has a validity period of three months, and can help them cash it out, and charge an additional handling fee" and so on. The Zibo Municipal Bureau of Commerce solemnly stated that such statements are all fraudulent, and consumers are requested to be careful to identify and beware of being deceived when receiving such calls. Users who participate in the "Hui Xiang Zibo" automobile consumption season event will receive automobile consumption voucher subsidies, which are valid for five years and can be used for shopping, refueling, dining and other consumption, and can also be used to pay credit cards. Any merchant with a UnionPay logo can use it.

1. Open UnionPay QuickPass, click "My" (the small avatar in the lower right corner of the screen) - "Settings" (the small hexagon in the upper right corner of the screen) - "Payment Settings" - "Red Envelope/Point Usage Settings", and turn on the "Use Red Envelope Deduction" button.

2. Click "Payment code discount usage order", select "Customize discount usage", long press and drag "Red envelope" to the first position, and click "Done" (upper right corner of the screen)

3. To present the payment code at the merchant's checkout counter, open the UnionPay App, click "Payment Code" on the homepage, and choose any bank card to pay. Please note that if the red envelope limit is triggered to complete the payment, at least 1 cent will be deducted from the bank card.

2. Click "Credit Card Repayment" - "Remaining Amount to Be Repaid" - Enter the amount - Click "Confirm Repayment" - Select the payment method, check the information, and select "Red Envelope Offer".
