Recently, Beijing Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Department received reports from citizens that two motorcycles were performing dangerous driving actions such as "lifting their heads" and "riding while standing" near Wanghe Bridge on the North Fourth Ring Road. After receiving the reports, the Asian Games Village Brigade of the Chaoyang Traffic Detachment quickly set up a special task force to conduct an investigation.
According to the short video account of a motorcycle blogger provided by the informant, the blogger performed dangerous driving actions such as "lifting his head" and "riding while standing up". After careful identification by the police, the blogger was found to be Qiu.
Then,The police also found that the person who performed the "motorcycle show" on the road with Qiu was Yang.
When they met Wu Yang, deputy captain of the Asian Games Village Brigade of the Chaoyang Traffic Detachment, again, Qiu and Yang were speechless.Less than half a year ago, the traffic control department seized 12 street riders, including Qiu and Yang.
In order to take so-called cool photos, Qiu and Yang forgot the lessons learned from their first time of being fined, deducted points and detained, and started to perform "motorcycle shows" on the road unscrupulously again. Eventually, the cool photos became irrefutable evidence of their traffic violations.
After being punished for driving without a license last time, Yang passed the driving test. This time his driver's license is still in the probation period, so he will face more severe punishment.
During his internship, Yang was given 12 points at one time, and the Chaoyang Traffic Detachment revoked his driver's license in accordance with the law. Qiu was fined 2,300 yuan and had 16 points deducted from his driver's license for 11 traffic violations, including speeding, illegal modification, and driving in the wrong direction. At the same time, because Qiu and Yang's behavior was suspected of violating public security laws, the Chaoyang Traffic Detachment, together with the Chaoyang Public Security Bureau, carried out joint law enforcement and will punish the two in accordance with the law.
The police reminded: We hope that all motorcyclists will abide by the law, ride in a civilized manner, and do not drive dangerously or exceed the speed limit.
