On August 8, the founding meeting of the Taishan District Western Returned Scholars Association (Taishan District Returned Scholars Association) was held. Ren Yanyong, deputy director of the Municipal United Front Work Department, Zhang Lidai, secretary general of the Municipal Western Returned Scholars Association, Li Meng, member of the District Party Committee, director of the Organization Department and the United Front Work Department, and Zhao Weihua, vice chairman of the District CPPCC, attended the meeting.
The conference voted to pass the "Election Methods for the Establishment Conference of the Western Returned Scholars Association of Taishan District, Tai'an City", reviewed and passed the "Constitution of the Western Returned Scholars Association of Taishan District, Tai'an City", and elected the first board of directors and team members.

The meeting emphasized that we must firmly adhere to the correct political direction and be a model for practicing the core socialist values. We must strengthen our own construction and strive to create a warm home for the majority of overseas students.
