August 12 is International Youth Day. Chinese youth in different industries and positions interpret their youthful dedication with actions. In 2021, 34-year-old Luo Xiao came to the Lingang New Area of Shanghai Free Trade Zone and led a team of young masters and doctoral students to actively promote green and low-carbon technologies, carry out energy digital transformation, and serve the country's "dual carbon" strategic goals.
Lingang is a green energy-rich area in the Yangtze River Delta, with abundant resources such as offshore wind power, distributed photovoltaics, and hydrogen energy.
