The happy summer vacation makes students relax physically and mentally. However, due to students' excessive indulgence and unhealthy diet, diseases such as indigestion, stomachache, and obesity often follow. In order to let students understand the digestive system, develop reasonable eating habits, and maintain a healthy body, Yuxiu Road Experimental Primary School in Huiji District, Zhengzhou City, combined with students' scientific knowledge, designed and arranged an exploration activity on the knowledge of the digestive system.

After the delicious food is eaten, where does it go in the end? What kind of magical experience does the food in the stomach have? With all kinds of questions, students use various investigation methods such as searching for information to understand the functions of the digestive system and its organs. Students show what they know about the digestive system by drawing.

What kind of bad eating habits will affect physical health? Do I have such a situation? How can I eat properly to protect my digestive system? Faced with various problems, students recorded the number of times they had bad eating habits in a week, and reflected on their own bad eating habits based on statistical data, and thought about and summarized reasonable eating habits.

Through inquiry activities, students completed a wonderful journey in exploring knowledge about the digestive system. They learned about the human digestive system, realized their own bad eating habits, formed a sense of healthy eating, and became curious about the structure of the human body.
