From August 8th to 9th, Zichuan District held the fifth "Youth Pursuing Dreams, Becoming Talented in Zichuan" series of activities for college students to return to their hometowns to see the development. 220 people from major domestic and foreign universities, including current and former Zichuan-born college students and returned overseas students, participated. During the enterprise observation activities, students visited key enterprises such as Lingshang Liuli, Chuanying Food, and Lutai Textile, and gained an in-depth understanding of Zibo's latest achievements in technological innovation, intelligent manufacturing, and cultural and tourism integration. By observing the development and changes of enterprises up close, students can deeply feel the rapid changes in their hometown and the good talent development environment, which boosts their confidence in returning to their hometown for employment.
"I have already contacted an employer, but I don't quite understand some parts of the labor contract. Today, Attorney Hua Ying gave me a detailed explanation on rights protection issues, and I feel much more at ease!" Wang Shenjie, a student from Yantai University who just graduated, made a special appointment with the instructor for on-site consultation to help him solve his employment problems in a timely manner.
On the morning of the 9th, a special job fair for college graduates was held at the Smart Human Resources Market in Zichuan District. More than 40 companies provided 562 positions in industries such as textiles and clothing, new medicines, and new materials. A career guidance area was also set up at the recruitment site, and experienced HR and lawyers from listed companies were invited to sit on the scene to answer questions from college graduates one-on-one. Students also used VR panoramic views to immersively experience the production and living environment of enterprises, and remotely communicated with intended enterprises through video, etc., and more than 190 people reached preliminary employment intentions.

On the afternoon of the 9th, a special career guidance lecture entitled "Start with the End in Mind, Make Rational Decisions" was held at Lutai Academy. Qi Xiuhua, a national-level career counselor, comprehensively analyzed the current employment situation and explained in detail issues such as career planning, resume writing, and interview skills to help students improve their employment skills and competitiveness. At the same time, he guided students to establish an employment perspective of "employment first, then career choice", recognize the importance of early employment, early training, and early independence, take the initiative to seize employment opportunities, actively adapt to changes in the employment environment, and help college graduates find full and high-quality employment.
