Ranged Attack

Satellite photos of the Ukrainian military launching suicide drones to attack the Lipetsk-2 air base have been released. It is very likely that the ammunition depot was hit, just like the Morozovsk base. We saw that the relevant area was razed to the ground and it was pitch black. The claim that the Lipetsk-2 air base ammunition depot stored more than 700 guided bombs seems to be true. As for other losses of the Lipetsk-2 air base, including other facilities and air defense systems of the base, it is not clear at present.

It is worth noting that information previously revealed by the Ukrainian General Staff showed that when the "Lipetsk-2" base was attacked by Ukrainian suicide drones, there were dozens of Su-34 front-line bombers, Su-35 fighters and MiG-31 fighters parked at the base, and there was very likely to be two Su-57 fighters. It is possible that the Russian army's already small number of Su-57 fighters will suffer losses again in this attack: On June 8 this year, the Ukrainian army attacked the Akhtubinsk Air Force Base in Astrakhan Oblast, and satellite photos showed that a Su-57 stealth fighter was shot down there.
