"Internet medical services represent a new development direction for the medical industry. Accelerating the construction of Internet diagnosis and treatment will help resolve the contradiction between the current imbalance in medical resources and people's growing health and medical needs. To promote the in-depth development of 'Internet + Medical Health', everything must be based on the standards of convenience and benefit to the people and satisfaction of the masses." On the 9th, the Municipal CPPCC held an online political consultation meeting, inviting Yin Xiaofeng, a researcher at Peking University People's Hospital and the National Center for Trauma Medicine, and experts from the medical and health sectors of the Municipal CPPCC to discuss politics online and offer suggestions on the theme of "Promoting the in-depth development of 'Internet + Medical Health' services that are convenient and beneficial to the people."

An Ethernet cable

The vigorous development of new forms and models of "Internet + medical health" services is not only the inevitable result of the widespread use of new generation information technology, but also an effective way to alleviate the difficulties of people in seeking medical treatment. How can this industry application, which has huge demand and is favored and valued by the whole society, develop faster and healthier? Yin Xiaofeng is from Yangzhou. He is a doctor from Peking University and a postdoctoral fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has a dual professional background in clinical medicine and biomedical engineering. Although he works in Beijing, he is always concerned about the development of health and medical care in his hometown. He said that the key to Internet medical care is application scenarios. For a city, it is necessary to build a unified data sharing center and have an interactive platform for medical and patient application software that is easy to use. In layman's terms, with "one network cable", doctors can operate accurately and conveniently, and patients can seek medical treatment easily and reliably. When ordinary people want to find Internet medical resources, they can find the entrance at any time.

Yin Xiaofeng said that Internet medical care is not only a matter for hospitals, but also provides a faster and more convenient interactive platform for the health industry. All industries related to health needs can be grafted on the basis of the Internet medical platform, such as the health care industry, call support center business, urban smart emergency system construction, new medicine research and development, etc. The Internet medical platform is essentially a health big data platform. As far as the world is concerned, the arrival of the era of machine doctors in multiple directions such as pathology, imaging, and internal medicine diagnosis is imminent. The only remaining issues are time, technology maturity, etc. Any breakthrough in a small direction means important industrial upgrading and economic benefits.

Yin Xiaofeng expressed his hope that Yangzhou's Internet medical services would be better and more convenient to benefit the people of Yangzhou, and that he hoped to make a small contribution to the health of the people in his hometown through the Internet.

An addition

Li Baochuan, member of the Municipal CPPCC and deputy director of Xupu Community Health Service Center in Zhenzhou Town, Yizheng City, said that community hospitals are hospitals at the doorstep of people, close to residents, and face-to-face consultation services are available at a glance. Most of the service objects are elderly people, so there are certain limitations in the promotion and application of intelligent terminal equipment. In towns far from urban areas, the penetration rate of smartphones among the elderly is much lower than that of urban residents.

"For example, in our center, there is a long queue for registration and payment at the manual window every morning, while the self-service registration and payment equipment put into use by the center is only used by a few young patients. Even if the elderly are guided to use the self-service machine, they will still prefer the manual window when they come for treatment next time." Li Baochuan suggested that on the one hand, it is necessary to accelerate the overall sinking of Internet hospital resources and fully realize co-construction and sharing; on the other hand, the terminal equipment of the Internet hospital should be compatible with the needs of various tasks at the grassroots level, so that the basic public health services, family doctor contract services, and medical services of community hospitals can be operated on mobile terminals. At the same time, the operation interface should be able to meet the needs of the elderly, and they can enjoy the efficient and convenient services of the Internet hospital with simple operations.

One-time cloud

In addition to medical services, medicine is also indispensable. Huang Fuhong, a member of the Municipal CPPCC and the chief pharmacist of the Pharmacy Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University, believes that although the country has vigorously promoted the implementation of policies such as centralized procurement of drugs, the use of dual channels for national negotiated drugs, and the coordination of medical insurance outpatient services, due to the restrictions on the variety of drugs in hospitals and the restrictions on the business hours of social pharmacies, the accessibility and convenience of many national negotiated drugs, innovative drugs, and centralized procurement drugs are still insufficient, which has a great impact on some people. The development of "Internet + pharmaceutical services" can improve the accessibility and convenience of related drugs.

Since medicines are special commodities, improper use can seriously affect the life and health of patients. Pharmacists should play a key role in prescription review and medication guidance after the prescription is issued. Huang Fuhong suggested that the barriers between hospital pharmacists and social pharmacy pharmacists should be broken down, and hospital pharmacists should be allowed to work part-time in social pharmacies and provide guidance and training for social pharmacy pharmacists; more qualified hospital pharmacists should be encouraged to settle in Internet hospitals to carry out prescription review and medication guidance.

Liu Gang, member of the Municipal CPPCC and deputy director of Huangjue Health Center in Fangxiang Town, Hanjiang District, believes that the popularity of traditional Chinese medicine services at the grassroots level cannot be ignored, but the conditions of medical institutions at the town and village (community) level are limited, the variety of Chinese herbal medicines is small, and storage is inconvenient. He suggested opening a "cloud pharmacy" service to facilitate patients at the grassroots level, especially in remote rural areas, to seek medical treatment and drugs.
