In the warehouse of Carlsberg (China) Beer Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. in Dali City, Dali Prefecture, customs officers of Dali Customs under Kunming Customs are conducting local inspection on a batch of "Dali Beer" to be exported. After passing the inspection, this batch of about 40,000 liters of beer will be shipped to overseas markets.
"We have listed Carlsberg Brewery as a key support enterprise and implemented the 'one enterprise, one policy' support measure. For the company's plan to relocate and build a new factory, we intervened in advance to guide the company to plan and design according to requirements, and inspected the company's imported beer production equipment as soon as it arrived, effectively ensuring that the production line was quickly put into production." said Zhao Yihang, Chief of the Inspection Section of Dali Customs.
Dali Customs has been deeply promoting the "Smart Customs Powerful Country" action, serving Yunnan's high-quality development and high-level opening up, and fully supporting Yunnan enterprises to go global and explore emerging international markets. In order to help enterprises export beer "faster and better", Dali Customs continues to pay attention to and promptly push foreign technical trade measures and importing country requirements to enterprises, and through the "Customs Director Sends Policies to Door" activities, strengthens the publicity of customs policies that benefit enterprises such as AEO advanced certification and RCEP tariff concessions, and helps enterprises consolidate and expand foreign markets. In addition, the customs has also actively implemented convenient service measures such as paperless declaration, "cloud issuance", and "appointment inspection", strengthened cooperation and coordination with port customs, and helped beer to pass customs quickly.
"With the help of the customs, we have successfully introduced the first imported canned beer production line in Yunnan Province, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 kiloliters, which further fills the production capacity gap, improves product quality, and ensures the stability of the company's product supply chain. At the same time, with the help of various convenient measures, our beer can be exported in as little as two days." Wang Genrong, general manager of the company, said, "Based on the sales in the first half of the year, the export volume is expected to continue to grow in the second half of the year. We are confident that we will continue to expand export sales and polish the name card of 'Dali Beer'."
According to statistics, from January to July this year, Dali Customs supervised the export of 385 batches of beer with a total value of 49.83 million yuan, an increase of 2.5 times and 2.7 times respectively year-on-year, setting a historical record.
