According to the official microblog of Huairou Media, the public bicycle service system in Huairou District, Beijing was completed and put into operation in 2016. After nearly 8 years of operation, the vehicles and station facilities are aging, and the safety hazards of riding have increased. After sufficient research and demonstration, the public bicycle service system in Huairou DistrictOperations will cease on September 10, 2024In order to reduce the inconvenience caused to citizens by the suspension of Huairou public bicycles, Huairou District will gradually increase the operation of Internet rental bicycles in stages and regions. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Starting from September 10, 2024, the original bicycle charging stations will be gradually dismantled, and the public bicycles in Huairou District will be gradually withdrawn from operation.
2. After the public bicycle project ends, the original Huairou District public bicycle stations will no longer have the function of renting and returning bicycles.
3. From now on, citizens can apply for refunds and card returns in the following ways.
1. The cardholder shall apply for a refund by presenting the original ID card, the car rental card and the deposit receipt (if the deposit receipt or the car rental card is lost, please fill out the card return application form at the acceptance point).
2. If the cardholder cannot go to the site to return the card, the agent who returns the card must provide the cardholder's original ID card, the agent's original ID card and a copy of the ID card, the rental card and the deposit receipt (if the deposit receipt or the rental card is lost, fill out the card return application form at the acceptance point).
3. Users who rent a car by scanning the QR code on their mobile phone can apply for a deposit refund through the APP (Alipay, Yonganxing, Yongan Traffic).
