On Friday, Trump was on his way to Bozeman, Montana, when his plane had a mechanical failure and had to change its route, eventually landing in Billings, near Bozeman. This accident has once again attracted the attention of American public opinion.

The Boeing 757, Trump's private jet, which he named "Trump Air Force One," was originally scheduled to fly to Bozeman, where the Republican presidential candidate was to host a campaign rally Friday evening, but around 4:30 p.m. local time, the plane was diverted to Billings, 142 miles east of Bozeman.

An airport spokesperson said in an interview that "Trump's plane suffered a mechanical problem and was diverted to Billings Logan Airport." They added that "he will then continue to Bozeman on (another) private plane."

Trump, 78, appeared unfazed by the incident in a video shared by his campaign. "I just landed in a very beautiful place - Montana," he said in the video, adding that he had a high opinion of Montana. "It's so beautiful to fly over here, you just have to look down, this is how it should be."
