"There are few tourists here, take pictures quickly!" "Pose, I'm taking pictures!" A family from Guangdong who came here for the tour, Xiamen university students who enjoyed their summer trip... It was very hot in Xiapu Village, Fengze District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province in August, but the charm of "Zhanhuawei" still attracted many tourists to explore.

At the beginning of 2023, Chinese female artist Zhao Liying set off a social network with a group of photos wearing a "hairpin flower circus", which also made the unique customs and culture of Xiapu women quickly "go viral". Today, Xiapu has changed from an inconspicuous seaside fishing village to a tourist destination that tourists from all over the world are vying to check in.

On the afternoon of the 8th, the reporter followed the "High-quality Development Research Tour" interview team into Xiapu Village to explore this beautiful business card of Quanzhou's seaside.

Located on the north bank of Quanzhou Port, the starting point of the ancient Maritime Silk Road, Xiapu Village was once the departure point for countless ocean-going merchant ships and has a history of nearly a thousand years. Xiapu women are famous for wearing beautiful "hairpin flower circus" made of flowers on their heads. The custom of Xiapu women represented by "hairpin flower circus" has been included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.
