"The cargo was a dangerous refrigerated cargo of Class 5.2 peroxidants picked up by HMM Shipping Company, which shared a cabin with YML Shipping Company. When it was bound for the Middle East from Shanghai, the cargo was not plugged in during the transshipment at Ningbo Phase III Terminal, which caused the explosion."
