Military and civilian personnel gathered together to experience light weapon live-fire shooting. “When shooting, the shoulder blades should be pressed against the butt of the gun, and the aim should be in a straight line between three points. When firing, you should hold your breath and concentrate, and pay attention to the rhythm…” At the shooting range of the training base, the leaders of the Party, government and military listened carefully to the instructors’ explanation of the models of firearms, the basic characteristics of firearms, and shooting methods. They learned in detail the shooting process, operating essentials, precautions, and watched the shooting action demonstration, so as to quickly master the basic shooting skills and prepare for the live-fire shooting experience.
Afterwards, with the assistance of the safety officer, everyone strictly followed the relevant operating procedures and entered the shooting range in groups to conduct live ammunition shooting. "Prone position - load bullets, open the safety, start shooting..." With the commander's command, everyone completed every action very seriously. "Bang, bang, bang..." The crisp gunshots echoed in the shooting range one after another, accompanied by cheers, and the "Military Day" activity reached a climax.
"Listening to the gunshots, smelling the gunpowder, and experiencing military activities in person not only mastered military knowledge and skills, but also strengthened patriotic beliefs and national defense awareness."
