The Xingdi Center project is located in Jiangtai Township, Chaoyang District, with a total area of ​​about 150,000 square meters. It is a digital economy industrial cluster that Chaoyang District has focused on and the only Internet 3.0 industrial park in the city. It is also the main carrier of Beijing-Hong Kong and China-Singapore Internet 3.0 cooperation, and mainly introduces Internet 3.0 upstream and downstream companies.

Li Bo, head of Jiangtai Township, introduced that the "one core, two belts and six areas" refers to the construction of a citizen activity square with Yiti Port, Sports Park and urban green spaces on both sides of the Bahe River to form a core of public activities. The "two belts" refer to Jiangtai Road-landscape transportation belt and Bahe-waterfront ecological belt. The "six areas" refer to Anjialou-International Art Residential Area, Lido-International Business Living Area, Yiti Port-Waterfront Fashion Vitality Area, Tuofangying-Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Area, Jiangfu Park-Ecological Culture Leisure Area and Huantie-Scientific Research and Residential Ecological Area.

In the next step, the rural areas of Chaoyang District will promote the implementation of high-tech manufacturing industrial parks such as the Wangsiying Township collective industrial project, the Changying Dongfang Herui project and the Pingfang Airport Second Expressway South Side Project, and plan to introduce intelligent connected vehicles, intelligent manufacturing upstream and downstream companies, new energy, the Internet and other high-tech companies to further activate collective economic resources.
