According to his public resume, Zhou Zheng, male, was born in March 1963. He was formerly the general manager of COFCO Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd. and the chairman of COFCO Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd. In January 2012, Zhou Zheng was appointed as the vice president of COFCO Group. In December 2013, he was appointed as a member of the Party Leadership Group of COFCO Group. In 2019, COFCO Real Estate completed the acquisition of Joy City Real Estate's equity and changed its name to Joy City Holdings, with Zhou Zheng continuing to serve as chairman.
