Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province followed up the “purchase instead of construction” model for affordable housing.
On August 7, Shenzhen Anju Group Co., Ltd. issued the "Notice on Solicitation for the Purchase of Commercial Housing for Use as Affordable Housing" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice"), stating that in order to actively build a "security + market" housing supply system and follow the principles of "marketization, rule of law" and voluntary participation of both parties, companies affiliated to Shenzhen Anju Group Co., Ltd. plan to carry out the work of purchasing commercial housing for use as affordable housing.
The scope of collection includes commercial housing, apartments, dormitories, etc. within the Shenzhen City (excluding the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone), with priority given to unsold buildings or units that can be closed for management.
The "Notice" clarifies the housing conditions: First, the location is suitable, located in an area with convenient transportation and relatively complete supporting facilities, close to the core area of regional development, and with industrial foundation and development advantages; second, the apartment size is suitable. In principle, the main apartment size of the project (housing) should meet the requirements of the city's affordable housing types and areas (below 65 square meters); third, living is convenient, the surrounding transportation is convenient, close to subway entrances and bus stops, and it has relatively complete infrastructure and living facilities and other livable conditions; fourth, the procedures are complete.
