During the investigation and supervision, Liu Jianjun adopted the "four no's and two direct" approach to conduct random inspections on the environmental protection conditions of a breeding farm along the line to understand on the spot the impact of the breeding farm on the surrounding environment. He required the environmental protection department to increase the intensity of environmental protection inspections, strengthen daily supervision, and ensure that all environmental protection measures are implemented in place.
