On August 5, China Yangtze Power announced that the company's board of directors recently received a resignation report from Vice Chairman Ma Zhenbo.Mr. Ma Zhenbo resigned from the positions of Director, Vice Chairman and Member of the Board's Strategy and ESG CommitteeAccording to the Articles of Association and relevant regulations, Mr. Ma Zhenbo's resignation report will take effect upon delivery to the company's board of directors.



According to the official website, China Yangtze Power is a joint-stock company established by China Three Gorges Corporation as the main sponsor. It was founded on September 29, 2002 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in November 2003. In September 2020, the "Shanghai-London Stock Connect" global depositary receipts issued by China Yangtze Power were listed and traded on the London Stock Exchange in the UK.
