In order to promote the extensive creation of video intelligent application scenarios, cultivate advanced video applications, and give full play to the basic and supporting role of public video surveillance resources in the construction of a "digital power province", the Provincial Big Data Bureau organized the selection of outstanding cases of public video intelligent applications in 2023, and recently issued the "Notice on the Announcement of the Selection Results of Outstanding Cases of Public Video Intelligent Applications in 2023", and reported the selection results. Rizhao Smart Construction Site Digital Supervision Platform Project was successfully selected as the "2023 Shandong Province Public Video Intelligent Application Innovation Application Case"!
In recent years, the Rizhao Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has organized and implemented the "Rizhao Smart Construction Site Digital Supervision Platform" software development project based on application scenarios to enable intelligent management of the construction industry. Through digital means, the project strives to build a digital supervision platform for smart construction sites with all-round perception and all-weather supervision. By connecting the construction site information of government departments involved in production safety supervision, quality supervision, and credit law enforcement in the field of housing construction with enterprises and institutions, a management center with multiple functional agencies and multi-level networks is formed, forming a "four-level connection" of "competent department + local government + enterprise + project", realizing the sharing of supervision data and business collaboration, and improving the service capabilities and service levels of e-government.
The supervision platform has a wide range of application scenarios, covering construction site data analysis, project personnel management, analysis of dangerous projects, safety management early warning and other aspects. By aggregating and calculating data, it breaks through the data silos in the housing and construction industry, and realizes the interconnection of data and business with existing business systems. It uses information technology to achieve comprehensive coverage and full-process management of digital supervision of construction sites, forming an integrated supervision model with coordinated linkage among multiple departments and "parallel" promotion of multiple businesses, which greatly improves the level of information-based supervision of project quality and safety.
The Rizhao Smart Construction Site Digital Supervision Platform project was put into trial operation in September 2023 and put into use gradually, achieving cost savings, improving efficiency, reducing risks and increasing revenue, injecting strong impetus into the promotion of modernization. So far, 166 projects under construction in the city have been included in the Rizhao Smart Construction Site Digital Supervision Platform, gathering 20 types of information, more than 9.44 million equipment operation data, and 438,000 monitoring and early warning data.
In the next step, Rizhao Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau will continue to adhere to the guidance of scientific and technological innovation, take the promotion of high-quality development of the construction industry as its goal, accelerate the optimization and upgrading of digital management, empower the development of the construction industry and industry supervision, and vigorously promote the high-quality development of the city's housing and construction industry.
