On August 6, Guangzhou-based Ligong Industrial released the country's first full-size humanoid robot with a dual-arm payload of 40kg - Ligong D1. This is also the first full-size humanoid robot manufactured by a collaborative robot manufacturer in China.
Ligong D1 is 170cm tall, weighs 55kg, and has a battery life of more than 4 hours. The robot has multiple degrees of freedom throughout its body. With the help of advanced bionic design concepts, it can simulate the flexibility and coordination of human movements. Combined with strong joint torque and ±0.03mm repeatability, it can ensure excellent performance when performing complex tasks.
According to the on-site introduction, Ligong D1 is equipped with Ligong's latest artificial intelligence algorithm and real-time computing platform, with a high degree of intelligent perception and autonomous decision-making capabilities, capable of real-time analysis of environmental information, intelligent planning of action paths, and continuous learning and optimization to improve the efficiency and accuracy of task execution. Its application range is also very wide, not only serving traditional fields such as industrial manufacturing and logistics handling, but also expanding to emerging markets such as laboratory intelligence, medical care, home services, education and training.
Relevant person in charge revealed that within the next 6 months, Ligong D1 will complete the deployment of specific application scenarios and further expand its functions to meet the needs of more industries and bring more value and possibilities to society.
