The school has not sent any teachers to study here, and our school has not sent any teachers to exchange. Our school hereby clarifies the facts to set the record straight. Public information shows that Shaanxi Hengrui Cultural Development Co., Ltd. was established in January 2017 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan and 1 employee. The company's shareholders are Foshan Lehua Hengye Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Lehua Hengye Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Hengrui Education Investment Management Co., Ltd.
On August 6, Shaanxi Hengrui Culture Development Co., Ltd. and Xixian New District Huanggang Jinghe School issued a statement refuting the claims of Hubei Province Huanggang Middle School.
Xixian New District Huanggang Jinghe School posted on its official WeChat public account: "Our school was approved by the Shaanxi Province Xixian New District Administrative Approval and Government Service Bureau's "Approval on the Establishment of Xixian New District Huanggang Jinghe School" (Shaanxi Xianshenfuzhun [2018] No. 37), and was established in July 2018 after being registered in accordance with the law and holding the "Private School Operating Permit" and "Private Non-Enterprise Unit Registration Certificate". The organizer of our school is Shaanxi Hengrui Cultural Development Co., Ltd., which is a full-time private school wholly owned by Shaanxi Hengrui Cultural Development Co., Ltd., and the school's property rights are entirely under the control of the company."
Huanggang Jinghe School in Xixian New District said that the Huanggang Municipal People's Government authorized a company called Huanggang Education Valley Industry Holdings Co., Ltd. to use and license the Huanggang education brand.
On May 18, 2017, Huanggang Education Valley Investment Holding Co., Ltd. authorized Shaanxi Hengrui Culture Development Co., Ltd. to jointly establish a "Huanggang Education" brand school in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province (including Xixian New District), and authorized the use of the "Huanggang Education" or "Huanggang Famous Teachers" brand and its series of information for legal and compliant publicity and promotion for a period of 20 years.
Therefore, Xixian New District Huanggang Jinghe School believes that the source of the school's right to use the "Huanggang" education brand is clear and the facts are clear. Hubei Huanggang Middle School issued a statement on its WeChat public account that contradicts the facts.
