It is reported that the East Campus Expansion Project of Hefei No. 168 Rose Garden School is located at the northeast corner of Tanhai Road and Diezhang Road, covering an area of ​​about 14.28 acres. The total construction area is 10,656.97 square meters, including two teaching complex buildings and a guard room, and the outdoor auxiliary supporting projects (including roads, comprehensive pipelines, landscape, greening, etc.) need to be connected with the existing campus to realize integrated school operation. The project investment is about 68 million yuan.

Since the project started at the end of November 2023, the district's key center has overcome numerous difficulties such as winter construction, rainy season, and high temperature weather with a high sense of responsibility and mission, and completed the construction content in only 8 months, which is 1 and a half months ahead of the contract period.
