According to the announcement,Due to business adjustments, the File Assistant applet and web page will cease operations from October 11, 2024; from now on, the File Assistant file backup function will be closed.Before October 11, 2024, users can browse and download backed-up files normally, but can no longer back up new files. Tencent Document Assistant reminds you to save backed-up files as soon as possible.
The announcement mentioned that a refund channel has been opened for affected member users. Users can go to the Sync Assistant app--File--Shared Space--Click Announcement--Refund Channel to fill in the account information to be refunded. The official will process the refund as soon as possible after verifying the submitted information.
According to the official introduction of WeChat File Management Assistant, this function can prevent files from expiring and improve the efficiency of multi-person file collection. It supports chat file backup, group homework collection and sharing, PDF format online conversion, etc.
