Nantong Chongchuan: "Xi Yu Chong Wen·Qing Lan Dialogue" helps the growth of "Qing Cavalry"

China Jiangsu News Network reported that the fourth session of the "Xi Yu Chong Wen Qing Lan Dialogue" series of activities was held in Nantong Urban Agricultural Park. The event was hosted by the Propaganda Department of Chongchuan District Committee and undertaken by Xingfu Street New Era Civilization Practice Center. It attracted nearly 100 "Qing Cavalry" backbone representatives from the whole district and representatives of the finalists of the "Qing Cavalry" selection competition. Li Zhonghui, a member of the China Dramatists Association, was invited as a guest instructor. Jiang Haihua, deputy director of the Organization Department of Chongchuan District Committee, and Chu Haifeng, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xingfu Street, attended the event.
The activity focused on the expression and appearance of theoretical propaganda, aiming to strengthen the construction of the "Green Cavalry" team for theoretical propaganda and improve the quality and effectiveness of grassroots propaganda. The eight finalists took the lead. From different perspectives, they used typical cases, detailed data and vivid pictures to tell the advanced deeds of the "Zilang Generals" and "Zilang Model Soldiers" in the district. The contestants had sonorous and powerful voices, generous and appropriate movements, and a relaxed rhythm, fully demonstrating the solid theoretical foundation and excellent propaganda ability of the "Green Cavalry".
Then, teacher Li Zhonghui conducted a detailed analysis and comments based on the contestants' on-site performance. She gave lectures and guidance on key topics such as the creation of presentation manuscripts, the control of language rhythm, the transmission of logic and emotion, the display of body posture, and the differences between presentation and speech. Teacher Li's guidance was like the finishing touch, injecting a strong impetus into the improvement of the comprehensive ability of the "Young Cavalry".
In the "You ask me, I answer" session, the atmosphere was lively. The "Young Cavalry" actively seized the learning opportunity and, based on their own experience, discussed with Teacher Li Zhonghui on many issues, such as "how to use voice and intonation to enhance appeal", "how to deal with the tension of presentation", "dress matching in different occasions", and "handling special situations". Teacher Li not only gave precise guidance and pertinent suggestions, but also recommended relevant learning resources, pointing out the direction for the "Young Cavalry"'s future presentation.
Next, Chongchuan District will continue to promote the "Xi Yu 'Chong' Wen · Qing Lan Dialogue" series of activities, inviting theoretical experts and industry experts to carry out a variety of learning and training for the "Young Cavalry", including special lectures, theoretical salons, demonstration lectures, group lesson preparation, I Speak and You Comment, etc. Through these measures, the knowledge level, theoretical literacy and lecture ability of young lecturers will be continuously improved, so that the "Young Cavalry" can become experts in theoretical lectures, and let the voice of the Party be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and widely spread in a more down-to-earth way.
