Recently, the Party Branch of Huanxing Home Community in Jiugong Town, Daxing District, took the opportunity of "village-community co-construction" to organize community party members, the masses, building managers, and volunteers to carry out a trip to Lixian Village. They visited Longtou Village and Pingdi Village in Lixian Town to learn about the creation of rural revitalization demonstration villages in the "Hundred Thousand Projects", appreciate the profound heritage of the village's beautiful ecology, prosperous industries, and harmonious people's hearts, and visit and learn about the construction achievements and experience of rural revitalization under the leadership of party building.

The first stop of this Lixian rural tour was Longtou Village, a "National Civilized Village". Under the guidance and introduction of the village party branch secretary, they visited the Longtou Village History Museum together. Through promotional videos, old objects, old photos, etc., they learned in detail about the development history of Longtou Village and the achievements made by Longtou Village in promoting rural revitalization through the development of characteristic industries, improvement of human settlements, and inheritance of folk culture under the leadership of party building. In the stone mill flour room and flower cake making workshop, everyone learned in detail about the production process of stone mill flour and intangible cultural heritage flower cakes through on-site observation and explanations from the staff, and at the same time, they had a deeper understanding of the profoundness and unique charm of traditional Chinese folk culture.

The second stop of the activity was Pingdi Village, the "first village of the new national gate". Here, everyone visited the Chinese herbal medicine culture popular science education practice base, the 100-acre mugwort plantation, and watched the modern agricultural planting process of Guyue Farm. At the same time, the staff also led everyone to watch more than 100 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines such as mugwort, salvia miltiorrhiza, mint, astragalus, rehmannia, lily, etc. During the visit, the residents had a deep understanding of the medicinal value of mugwort, and personally experienced the production process of moxibustion sticks, and deeply felt the unique charm of traditional Chinese medicine culture.

After the bustling Lixian rural tour ended, the Party General Branch of Huanxing Home Community in Jiugong Town continued to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of residents as its starting point, effectively leveraged the advantages of "village-community pairing" co-construction, and relied on the "Virtue and Longevity Integration" party-building brand to introduce the "mugwort culture" of Pingdi Village in Lixian Town and the "lacquer fan craftsmanship" of the Huajian Workshop in Longtou Village into the community, and made cultural heritage "come alive" by carrying out a rich and colorful series of intangible cultural heritage handmade experiences.
