Developer Battlestate Games recently released a picture on social media showing a new boss character that will be added to Escape from Tarkov. The new character is called "Partisan", and looks like an old but skilled fighter, holding an AK in one hand and a grenade with a tripwire in the other.

Over the past few months, there have been numerous rumors that a new boss character will be added to the game who will "hunt PMCs" and who will seemingly set traps for unsuspecting players.

At present, the official has not disclosed more details about this Boss, but from the tripwire grenade in the picture, it can be seen that the official should be adding visual mine traps to the game soon, and he should be the rumored "PMC Hunter" Boss.

There are also rumors that the game will introduce a "PMC character value" system during the next new version, and this boss will actively hunt down PMC players with low "character values." However, we know very little about this system.

Judging from the equipment he is wearing, his backpack is covered with shoulder patches of two PMC factions, so he doesn't care which faction the player belongs to (USEC/BEAR).

"Escape from Tarkov" is about to have another data deletion. Although it has not yet been confirmed, it is expected to take place within the next two weeks.
