IT Home reported on August 6 that BIWIN announced yesterday that it will participate in the FMS (IT Home Note: the full name is the Future of Memory and Storage, Future Memory and Storage) 2024 Summit, bringing a variety of new storage products.
In the consumer memory segment equipped with CKD (clock driver), Biwin Storage will releaseUp to 8800MT/s DDR5 CU-DIMM memory modules.
BIWIN's DDR5 CU-DIMM memory sticks will cover two capacities: 16GB and 32GB, with a transmission rate of 6400~8800MT/s, a timing of CL52~CL64, and can operate at 0℃~+85℃.
Biwin will also exhibit LPDDR5 LPCAMM2, another emerging memory form factor. 9600MT/s ultra-high-speed module, the capacity can reach up to 64GB.
BIWIN will also exhibit a series of industrial-grade storage products, including PCIe 5.0×8 interface CXL 2.0 DRAM modules in EDSSF E3.S form factor.
