IT Home reported in May this year that the Dimensity 9400 chip uses TSMC's second-generation N3 process and consists of one Cortex-X5, three Cortex-X4 and four Cortex-A720 cores. In addition, the frequency of the X5 super core is around 3.4GHz.

According to previous reports, the vivo X200 series is expected to include five models.
