"We will respond soon," Nasrallah said at the funeral of Shukur, Hezbollah's top military commander and head of operations in southern Lebanon.

Nasrallah stressed that Israel and those behind Shukur's death "will inevitably be met with our next response" and "there is no room for discussion or negotiation."

He also said Hezbollah was looking for "a real response and a real opportunity."

“We have entered a new phase in our open battle on all fronts,” Nasrallah said via video link at Shukur’s funeral in Beirut.

According to Russian News Agency, Nasrallah said that Hezbollah is "on the eve of a major war" and that the murder of resistance leaders will not affect the size of the organization. "Experience shows that the resistance movement will only continue to grow and develop."

Nasrallah stressed that Israel still does not understand what red line it has crossed and what kind of aggression it has committed.
